We will share systems and provide tools for campus leaders to effectively plan for and execute the T-TESS with fidelity. Participants will learn how to utilize currently available technology tools to enhance their appraisal practices and ow to schedule coaching and appraisal activities in a way that will allow them to effectively provide quality coaching and feedback throughout the evaluation cycle while meeting deadlines for compliance. The session will conclude with an opportunity for participants to share best practices which have proven successful and allow for a Q&A.
